The space is fully flexible - rearrange it, paint it, build into it - and equally suited to stills, film, commercials, editorial, music videos, and set builds.
Sitting in Loughborough Junction between Brixton and Camberwell, the studio comes with drive-in access, three on-site parking spaces, a separate hair and makeup room, and full blackout capability.
A fully fitted commercial kitchen on site makes Bourbon Studio one of the few photography studios in London purpose-equipped for food and drink shoots, recipe videos, and cook-ups.

What's the nearest tube or train station? The nearest station is Loughborough Junction (National Rail), about a five-minute walk from the studio. Brixton tube (Victoria Line) is around a ten-minute walk or a short bus ride, and Denmark Hill is also nearby.

Does Bourbon Studio have drive-in access? Yes, the studio has full drive-in access directly from Hardess Street, suitable for set builds, and easy equipment loading in and out. You can also drive a car in!
Can I do a set build at Bourbon Studio? Yes, Bourbon Studio is designed for set builds. The studio can be rearranged, painted, and built into to suit the needs of each shoot, and discounted day rates are available for build days.
Is there additional lighting and equipment available? Yes - additional lighting and grip equipment is available to hire at the studio, including continuous lighting (Nanlite), flash lighting (Broncolor), tungsten lighting, camera kit, CRLS reflectors, stands, and more. A full equipment list is available on request. You're also welcome to bring your own kit or hire from any external lighting rental company.
What power does the studio have? Bourbon Studio has one 63A single phase socket and two 32A three phase sockets, with a 63A single phase distribution box on site. There are also many 13amp sockets on the walls around the studio. The studio is suited to high-draw lighting setups and large commercial shoots.
Does the studio have blackout? Yes, the studio has full blackout capability. Daylight from skylights is available on request, giving flexibility between controlled lighting and natural light shoots.
